Cameron has over 10 years of experience as a swimming teacher and has worked with people from all walks of life. He also has qualifications in fitness instruction and brings a person centered approach to his lessons
Having a lived experience of mental illness, Cameron has witnessed the restorative effect of swimming as an effective form of exercise for lowering incidences of depression and anxiety and improving sleeping patterns. Cameron is passionate about supporting others see the health and well-being benefits associated with swimming.
